ANONYMOUS DONORS – A HIDDEN AGENDA ?

Dear Secretary – further to our email M 02 May 2011 considerable feed-back has been

received about possible hidden agendas of Anonymous Donors.

One example includes a review of the 1991 “Friends In High Places – Who Runs Britain”

by Jeremy PAXMAN

http://www.fishpond.com.au/Books/Friends-High-Places-Jeremy-Paxman/9780140156003?cf=3

Jeremy PAXTON's book "Friends in High Places-Who runs Britain" P 280 states “the Rothschilds

provided 20 Million British Pounds Sterling [BPS] to compensate British Slave Owners for the

abolition of slavery."

{Att A - FHPL1.gif}

Another example which seems to explain where the $ 20 Million BPS was spent includes:

“If you travel to Liverpool in England and go to St Georges Hall there is a statue of the

Earl of Beaconsfield (Benjamin DISRAELI) flanked by Queen Victoria on one side and

Prince Albert on the other Side.

If you visit the magnificent Manchester Town Hall there in Albert Square at the front

of the Town Hall is statue to Prince Albert.

The Statue has a canopy with 4 sides each with a Star of David.

http://phototravels.net/england/N0001/england-manchester-townhall-60.html

Manchester was the first city in the world to have a Public Library which is in Albert Square.

One street that leads off Albert Square is Brasenose St.

In Brasenose Street there is a statue of Abraham LINCOLN.

http://www.manchesteronline.co.uk/mancunian/expats/s/66/66191_then_and_now_brazennose_street.html

At the base of this statue on one side a letter in 1860 from "The People of Manchester

to Abraham LINCOLN providing funds to support his campaign for the abolition of slavery"

On the other side is a copy of the response from LINCOLN three months later “Thanking

the People for their Generosity”.

No figures are mentioned but if you read Jeremy PAXTON's book "Friends in High Places"

P 280 he states the Rothschilds provided 20 Million British Pounds Sterling to compensate

British Slave Owners for the abolition of slavery."

Why would the Rothschilds and the Merchants of Manchester provide funding to abolish

slavery and add cost to their goods ?

As explained by an Economist "If you abolish slavery and pay people wages, you can

collect more taxes from people to pay back the money loaned by you the

International bankers who have lent funds to the Government.

If you fund the Unions to force a wage increase this raises the base cost of products.

If you are an International Banker involved with Currency conversions where your fees

are based on % it makes sense.

Hence raw cotton that costs $10.00 a bale due to labour costs rather than $ 1.00 a bale

at slavery cost, provides extra revenue for all parties in the supply chain, the shippers,

the currency exchangers, the transport companies, the insurers and the manufacturers.”

Is this Model the International Bankers have worked out for the Westminster System,

International Trade and the Australian Model of Virtual Government ?

NEXT STEPS

This may be why “Anonymous US Donors” will be supporting Australian Universities

to raise the costs for University and Public Libraries for outsourced “Software-as-a-Service

[SaaS]” to US Companies as implemented in 2009 by a number of Australian Councils

including the 5 Council “Shorelink Library Network"

Dear Secretary - the recent news that an anonymous USA Philanthropist has donated

$ 20 Million dollars to the University of Sydney makes interesting reading

http://www.sbs.com.au/news/article/1527051/Picasso-to-fund-Sydney-Uni

Could it be so that the Australian Universities "do not rock the Australia-United States

Free Trade Agreement [Aus-USA-FTA] Copyright Royalties Boat” ?

You may want to review the 2004 the Australia-United States Free Trade Agreement

http://www.aph.gov.au/senate_freetrade/

These are some extracts from the Government web-site

A      Chapter 2 - Trade treaty-making- getting the process right

B      Additional Remarks by Government Senators

C      Recommendations of Labor Senators

D     Australian Democrats Dissenting Report

A    Chapter 2 - Trade treaty-making- getting the process right

http://www.aph.gov.au/senate_freetrade/report/final/ch02.htm

2.2 At the core of the inadequacy lies the inability of the parliament,  as

representative of the public and steward of the national interest, to contribute

to and scrutinise the making of the Agreement

B   Additional Remarks by Government Senators

http://www.aph.gov.au/senate_freetrade/report/final/coalition.htm

"What most concerns this committee is the possibility that allowing

Australia's pharmaceutical policies and IP laws to be up for grabs in

this agreement could have unforeseen and unintended consequences

down the track” - THIS IS A VERY IMPORTANT ISSUE.

C   Recommendations of Labor Senators

http://www.aph.gov.au/senate_freetrade/report/final/alp.htm

"The Treaties Council of Australian ministers did not even meet to

consider the matter.

This is a major procedural flaw.

The Americans quickly adopted the Agreement.

This is no surprise - it clearly delivers Australian markets to high-tech,

highly aggressive American firms seeking a big slice of the Australian economic action.

D     Australian Democrats Dissenting Report

http://www.aph.gov.au/senate_freetrade/report/final/dem.htm

1.1 The Inquiry The Democrats supported the establishment of this Select

Committee into the Australia-US Free Trade Agreement.

Given that the Executive Government has the power to enter into this

Agreement without the involvement of the Parliament, it is important

that the Senate, as the house of review, carefully scrutinise and

analyse the terms of the deal to determine  whether it is in

Australia's interest In the Democrats' opinion, however, the

conclusions reached by this Report do not go far enough.

Based on the evidence we have seen over recent months and after

thoroughly analysing this deal, we believe that it is not in Australia's interest.

In 1996 the Treaties Council comprising the Council of  Australian Governments [COAG] was

established to review Australian Treaties.

The Treaties Council has only sat once in 1997 and it did not review the Australia- United States

It was worth noting that COAG is adopting the 8 eStandards proposed by the National eHealth

BE AWARE OF "ALTERNATIVE MODEL VIRTUAL GOVERNMENT"

Dear IAPH Facilitation Adviser

This is to provide the IAPH with details of an alternative model of Virtual

Government based on the teachings and practices of "Participatory Democracy"

by Ted MACK Mayor North Sydney 1980-1988, State MP North Sydney

1981-1988 and Federal MP North Sydney 1990-1996.

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ted_Mack_(politician)

This Model is based on the Precinct System established in the 1980s

by Ted MACK on the recommendation of Jesse Una WILKINS.

http://www.northsydney.nsw.gov.au/resources/documents/mm0155.pdf

It has been adopted and used in North Sydney for the last 25 years with

approximately 25 Precincts each with about 1500 people living in the Precinct area.

http://www.northsydney.nsw.gov.au/www/html/2125-community-precincts.asp

On 27 Sep 2000 a Consortium of 9 NSW Local Councils published a

tender for a Local Government System that met all the Council Application

Requirements including Intranet, Internet, Office Automation and eBusiness

http://www.oic.org/E/cpjaaca1.htm

This tender also included a diagram of the Council Applications

http://www.oic.org/E/cpjaecd1.htm

In Feb 2009 North Sydney Council conducted a series of "Community

Engagement Strategy [CES]" meetings about "The 2020 Vision for

North Sydney"

These meetings were attended by 5 members of the Sustainability Action

Network [SAN].

In Mar 2009 the SAN submitted an Electronic Feedback about Local

Virtual Government

http://www.oic.org/SAN/612060/ces/

This included a diagram about the 12 Issues North Sydney Council had

requested community feedback

http://www.oic.org/SAN/612060/ces/2060csm1.jpg

Unfortunately North Sydney Council have refused to meet to discuss

our Submission for "Vision 2020".

In addition, in conjunction with our local Councils including Mosman,

Sydney, Willoughby and Warringah, have been very hostile particularly

when written questions were submitted to Council meetings on a

number of issues including:

http://www.oic.org/mgt/scn/aylb/

1          Councils' "Entrepreneurial" Income $ 3,264,450

            http://www.halisa-eu.net/SAN/scn/BA/Q2Y5/AACAE1L1.htm

2          The Outsourcing of the Shorelink Library network to a US

Company on a "Software-as-a-Service [SaaS]" Contract

            http://www.oic.org/mgt/scn/ba/q1yb/Mclcosts.jpg

3          The refusal to provide On-line forms rather than PDF files

            http://www.halisa-eu.net/SAN/scn/BA/Q3y3/ACMAGLR1.htm

4          The establishment of a Waste Management Company Kimbriki

where 4 Mayors and 4 General Managers are the Directors

            http://www.oic.org/NSW/2088/cnl/myr/AECYD1D1.htm

5          The outsourcing of Local Government Tenders to a tender system

financed by Babcock & Brown Investments [BBI]

            http://www.halisa-eu.net/SAN/scn/BA/q1yf/babBroa1.jpg

6          Refusal to agree to a consistent Child Protection Policy for Local

Sports Grounds whereby the Parents and Clubs receive Volunteer

Credits rather than the Councils and Sport Peak Bodies from the

Rio Tinto Volunteer Management System [RTVMS]

            http://www.halisa-eu.net/SAN/scn/BA/Q3y1/ACOAFUQ1.htm

Over the past 12 months Volunteer parents have developed a Name and

Address coding structure which is consistent with EDIFACT principles.

This structure has been implemented for an Aged People Cluster around

Chatswood of 18 Aged Care Providers [ACP] and 13 Retirement Villages

[RTV]

This draft Model is attached as a Spreadsheet so that your technical experts

can evaluate the menus and codes used for the draft Model

BE AWARE OF 1993 AUSTRALIAN MODEL (VIRTUAL) GOVERNMENT

Dear IAPH Facilitation Adviser

This is to provide the IAPH with details of a 1993 Sydney Luncheon “Inventing

the Australian Model of (Virtual) Government” which was hosted by David HUNTER

Managing Partner Asia Pacific Government Services Andersen Consulting in every

State Capital in Australia {att A – aa1993mg.jpg}

This luncheon was attended by about 15 people including Bob CARR then leader

of the NSW Labour Opposition and Paul SESHOLD the recently appointed CEO

of the NSW Independent Commission Against Corruption [ICAC]

http://www.dailytelegraph.com.au/news/opinion/carr-in-denial-that-poisoned-chalice-was-of-his-making/story-e6frezz0-1226029596916

The Guest Speaker was Ted GAEBLER who was co-author of the 1992 book

“Reinventing Government: How the Entrepreneurial Spirit Is Transforming the Public Sector”

and an influence on Orange County in California (which went bankrupt in 1996)

Gary STURGESS, who was at the time the Chief of Staff to Nick GREINER Premier NSW,

gave the presentation on “Virtual Government”

Gary STURGESS was the Research Director for the Serco Security Group in Europe for

7 years before his return to Australia with his wife in 2008/2009

In 2000 Andersen Consulting changed its name to Accenture at the demise of Authur

Andersen Accountants after a series of fraudulent audits including Enron, Worldcom,

and Randall’s Food Markets Inc in the United States and HIH in Australia

{att A – aa1993mg.jpg}.

It also happens that in 1988 Arthur Andersen Melbourne were advising the Australian Bankers

Association on the wording of the interim ANSI X12 Standard on the Australia EDI Committee

{att B – aaEDI88.jpg }

In 2000 Accenture and Microsoft formed a new company called “Avanade  for Data Warehousing

and Business Intelligence Applications {att C - Avanade}.

In 2003 a joint venture group including IBM, Sun Microsystems,  Microsoft and SAP received

a Federal Government ITOL Grant to Develop BizDex for the Australian Wheat Board [AWB].

It was BizDex that enabled AWB to produce false invoices $ 300 Million in Iraq

In 2004 the BizDex project was presented to the UBL (Universal Business Language) Plenary

Hearing in Hong Kong as the beneficiaries of a Federal Government ITOL Grant $ 200,000

{att D – Bizdex-4.jpg}

The Australian Companies “Red Wahoo” and “TEDIS” were also part of the BizDex Joint venture.

It is difficult to understand why a joint-venture with IBM, Microsoft and SAP needs a Federal

Government Grant unless it is only to give it “The Respectability of the Government Imprimatur”

In 2006 it transpires that BizDex was the successful tenderer to Host the 32 Victorian Council

Easybiz System” managed by Sinclair, Knight, Mertz [SKM].

http://www.halisa-eu.net/z/XZIG/AS4590/

And In 2009 the Bizdex System was again selected as the Host for the NSW 41 Councils

Smartforms System” managed by Avoka in Manly.

Manly is the Federal Parliament Seat for Tony ABBOTT Leader of the Federal Opposition and

the SAN MP  as is Jillian SKINNER NSW MP recently appointed NSW Minister of Health.

NEITHER OF WHOM WILL MEET WITH SAN TO DISCUSS THE 8 AGED CARE ESTANDARDS

NOMINATED BY NEHTA. - see letter below

Red Wahoo played a very important part in the Port of Melbourne eCommerce System and is

acknowledged by Standards Australia as the Author and owner of the Australian eCommerce

Name and Address Standard AS:4590

NEHTA - MULTIPLE VANS & MULTIPLE E-STANDARDS

Dear Lord Mayor of Sydney and Independent Member for Bligh

This is another request to meet with you to explain how the “Communications & Information

Technology [CIT]” industries are deceiving the Public.

One may draw the wrong conclusion that many politicians are

in fact like Neville WRAN, the former NSW Labour Premier, not

in Public Life for the sole benefit of serving the Community

ref Articles SMH 23 Jan 2008 “Wran doubles in a Miners Role – sells shares $ 16,000,000”

However the National E-Health Transition Authority [NEHTA] and the

Healthcare Identifiers Act 2010 make every person in Australia a

stakeholder in this legislation and its attendant regulations.

The real cause for concern is that NEHTA has published “8 Candidate

Standards” as suitable for the eHealth Network

{Att B: NEHTA-8-eStandards.jpg}.

By publishing multiple “Candidate Standards” NEHTA has ensured that the

software developers and CIT Management Enterprises will review each of

the standards and develop “Data Transposition Expertise” to act as a

“Value Added Service”
